Behaviour Watch - Whats it like

SLT are looking at BehaviourWatch as a potential solution. Does anyone have any recent experience using BehaviourWatch? I'm interested to hear their experiences using it. Was it easy to use etc. In particular anyone who's had any issues would be most useful?

One Issue is you can spend half hour or so filling all the bits out, and I've known the program to crash the app, if this happens it doesnt save anything on the form, unless you had clicked save, but even then it own't save unless you've filled in the required fields!

 

Been told it's easy to use, and customise, and their support is very good (We have it here but haven't used it much at all, I only add/edit users if needed)

 

Works nicely with Sims for data input
