Opportunity for an Outstanding Field Engineer

 

Virtue Technologies wish to appoint a personable and enthusiastic Engineer to work closely with customers in their fast paced and growing business. The role is predominately field based carrying out regular customer onsite visits supporting & developing their IT Systems and users. Strong communication and customer relationship skills are critical to fulfil this position.

• Demonstrate a good level of knowledge of client, server and network technologies.

• Work with customers to provide onsite and office based support services.
  
• Provide onsite support to client equipment, servers and infrastructure.
  
• Demonstrate a good level of knowledge of client, server and network technologies.
  
• Be based at our Head Office and regularly work on customer sites in the Preston and surrounding area.
  
• Experience of other technologies, e.g. Managed Wireless Solutions, MDM, etc. would be advantageous.
