Junior Managed Service Technician - Bolton - £12-16k

CSE is looking for a F/T Junior Managed Service ICT technician to join its team in the Bolton (Lancs) area.

 

Successful candidates will be excellent communicators who excel both working within a team and working with end users.

 

The role is to help support a large educational ICT system. This will include diagnosis and fix of various day-to-day ICT System issues including device/printer problems, projector/whiteboard problems, adding users, re-building PC’s etc. The successful applicant will help manage (open, close, update) Service Desk tickets as they are added and be able to prioritise issues that affect Teaching and Learning, then escalate where required.

 

Required or beneficial experience only includes a keen interest in ICT. Experience of working in ICT is an advantage however if you are a quick learner and can communicate well and explain ICT issues to a non-technical end user, this will be as much of an advantage as any ICT experience.
