Vista Lock Down - browse network Tool bar

I have placed a thread in Windows 2008 section, but its no doubt identical to Vista setups - using Group policy to lock down what pupils can access.

In short, I want to stop the whole network being browsable from the open command, I have tried the normal - do not shown network etc!!! The threase above has a image fora better idea!!
