Harrow School is embarking on an exciting new phase of IT in education, leveraging the potential of mobile computing. We are looking for an experienced customer-facing ICT professional to join our existing ICT team of nine. The ICT department is responsible for the development and maintenance of Harrow School’s computer network, audio-visual and telephone facilities. There is a computer fleet of around 1500 PCs and significant quantities of peripheral ICT equipment spread over 60 buildings.

 

Candidates should have experience in ICT project management, staff ICT training, device troubleshooting and creative problem solving. They will be technically strong with an enthusiasm for innovation and a focus on technology to support teaching and learning. Superior communication skills are essential, coupled with strong customer focus in order to achieve success.
