ajap99 Posted April 2, 2008 Posted April 2, 2008 I have 30 computers that you cannot print anything from Access 2003 on. When you hover over the print icon on the toolbar it says " NO PRINTER" There is a default network printer and you can print from every other program e.g. MS Word. I changed the default to another printer and it worked once after printing a test page from the printer but has now stopped again. This seems to have started after i had to change the default printer to another one for a short time while the default printer was being fixed. I have seen, using a google search, that this seems to be an issue with Access 2003. Has anyone got the answer to this problem. Thanks
TonyHine Posted April 2, 2008 Posted April 2, 2008 My initial thought was that if you need a printer setup anyway, just select any printer you fancy and set it up on the machine.... However then I read that the problem is only with MS Access 2003, so I am not so sure. But still I think it's worth a try, set up any printer and see if that cures the problem.
