I have 30 computers that you cannot print anything from Access 2003 on.

When you hover over the print icon on the toolbar it says " NO PRINTER"

There is a default network printer and you can print from every other program e.g. MS Word.

I changed the default to another printer and it worked once after printing a test page from the printer but has now stopped again.

This seems to have started after i had to change the default printer to another one for a short time while the default printer was being fixed.

I have seen, using a google search, that this seems to be an issue with Access 2003.

Has anyone got the answer to this problem.

Thanks

My initial thought was that if you need a printer setup anyway, just select any printer you fancy and set it up on the machine....

However then I read that the problem is only with MS Access 2003, so I am not so sure.

But still I think it's worth a try, set up any printer and see if that cures the problem.
