aalsaadi Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 hi, does anyone know how to disable users from forwarding email to an external domain in office 365 ; for example if all my user at home.com i don't want any one to be able to forward email from this domain to any other domain . thanks
Boredguy Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 If you want to stop it auto forwarding outside your domain In the Exchange Admin Center, go to Mail flow -> rules Create a new rule where the Sender is located inside the organization and the recipient is located outside the organisation and the message type is Auto-Forward. Reject the message with an explanation "Sorry your not permitted to forward to an external domain"
