check box/button that changes the color for a whole sheet.

I'm very new to excel/google sheets but i have very amatuerish made a spread sheets that consists of 10 weeks program.

 

I need a check box/button that at the end of each training week they can click a "button" that will turn that week/sheet red, so they can see that they are all ready done with that week.

 

And at the end of week 10 they can click another "button" that will clear the reds sheets, so they go back to normal color.

 

 

Any help thanks
