QNAP NAS not freeing up space after files are deleted

I have a QNAP TS-853U-RP NAS where I have deleted 5 TB data off it but the space isn't showing as freed up. I have checked and emptied the recycling bin even though its not enabled.

 

Anyone seen similar behaviour or know how to fix it?

You may need to empty the network recycle bin(s) as well. There's also qboost on the newest firmware which may free up some space. I've found that it can take a very long to delete stuff from QNAP NAS!
