speckytecky Posted January 6, 2018 Posted January 6, 2018 (edited) Home network issue - I think. EE Broadband. Progressively found over the past few days that we are having a browsing issue. Two Windows 10 PCs patched up to date and a W7 PC as well. Browsers hanging. Now only able to run Google searches which bring up correct results but clicking on those URLs has no effect. Reset browser. Reset router. Ran netsh windsock reset. Seems to be okay on Apple devices. Any one else having similar issues and also has anyone got any suggestions as to what to try next please? Edited in. On my W10 laptop I've found that the CMD won't now open either but PowerShell is okay. Edited January 6, 2018 by speckytecky
Arthur Posted January 6, 2018 Posted January 6, 2018 Are you using EE's DNS servers? Does it make any difference if you use 9.9.9.9 and/or 8.8.8.8 instead? 1
speckytecky Posted January 6, 2018 Author Posted January 6, 2018 Thanks @Arthur I'll give that a go. Are you using EE's DNS servers? Does it make any difference if you use 9.9.9.9 and/or 8.8.8.8 instead?
