Proxy avoidance/VPN mobile apps

Hello!

 

We have recently noticed a bunch of users making lots of requests to bing.com to URLS which do not exist, I believe they are using some app across both iOS and Android but not having much luck working out which yet.

 

The app seems to proxy its requests through bing.com and intercom.com, has anyone else seen this on their network?
