Chrome spell checker language

Our Chrome install seems to be stuck in en-US spell check. We are pushing out the en-GB application locale via GPO but it does not seem to make any difference. It is possible that this is because the English dictionary is not installed.

 

Has anyone discovered a way to push a dictionary out or change the default spell check?
