Hardware Support

Hi all,

 

I wondered if anyone could share details of companies you use, or have used in the past, for hardware support.

 

We are currently approaching the end of our SAN's hardware support window and as yet don't have need to upgrade. Looking for a company to quote on a decent SLA support contract on this (and a few other bits and pieces) should the worst happen.

I didn't need to ask them to fix anything, but their reference site sounded very happy with them, and the costs were very reasonable.
