intune for education change region settings

Can anyone tell me how to change the regional settings for devices enrolled in intune for education?

I have searched high and low and can't find them.

Have got a trial going and have setup a laptop using "setup schools PCs app" - appear in intune for education console ok and I can push out apps / restrictions.

Am stuck on US keyboard and timezone at login screen - don't know how to change it.

According to setup schools PC app you put memory stick in at the regional settings screen before doing anything else - it then recognises the memory stick and applies package ok - but no option of changing region after this or when making package?
