G suite enable google drive for 1 user

We use g suite for our Chromebooks, 365 for everything else.

 

But a staff member today had to sign into her google account to access a google docs file on google drive, but she doesn't have access.

 

i don't want to give access to all staff as they have OneDrive, anyone know how i can give access to just the one user?

Create an OU in Google Admin (if Google call it an OU) can drop the user in there.

 

Then only allow GDrive for that one OU

 

You can enabled/disable inheritance if the new OU becomes below an existing

Ended up just giving all staff access to it, more than likely most of them will receive google drive emails in the future anyway
