RDS 2012/16 - Gateway

Hi All,

 

Just putting a plan together to revamp our Remote Desktop strategy,

 

Looking at RD Gateway and not sure how it would work for us though it is a better solution than what we have at the moment. We have 3 or 4 Domains in different Virtual Machines within the network... Would RD Gateway be able to work with multiple domains? if say CompanyA\User wanted access it would pass them through to that domain as well as CompanyB through to their VM on there domain etc?

 

Or are we going to need a separate RD Gateway server for each domain?

 

Hopefully, I have conveyed that correctly.

I do believe you can do this with 1 gateway on the new build of server 2016. But it is only supported for 18 months.

The new version that is something out. It is on short term support.
