[1709, fcu] 1709 Failed

Ok had a quick search and couldn't find anything

 

got a surface 4 pro thats been trying to update to 1709 since last month,

in the update history it just keeps saying install failed,

then today it says install needs a restart to finish

its been restarted at least four times and its still saying it,

running windows update just loops, says its downloading then preparing to install

 

anyone got any ideas?

Nevermind, deleted the software distribution folder and it's finally gone through
