ICT Manager needed, based primarily at Cathedral Academy in Wakefield but part of a MAT team that currently supports schools across Calderdale and Wakefield and it is expected you will visit sites across the Trust as part of the role.

 

This is an exciting opportunity with genuine scope for progression as we develop a central ICT service to scale alongside the growth of Trinity MAT. We are currently a team of 10, supporting 3 secondaries, 1 6th form college and a primary but we anticipate we may well have at least one more secondary and several more primaries within 12 months. Hence the ICT apprenticeship we are also advertising.

 

We are in our infancy as a MAT and we are still establishing many of the elements of the central ICT support function so its an exciting time to join and help establish systems and ways of working that will provide value for money services to our growing group of schools. "We are looking to appoint an ICT Manager, the purpose of the role is to contribute to the leadership and management of a successful trust-wide ICT support provision, supporting the development of IT networks and services. You will ensure that the IT services across the trust are implemented, delivered effectively and ICT equipment is available and fit for purpose. This is a trust role so while it is envisaged the primary location will be Cathedral Academy, Wakefield; there will be the need to work across sites to fit the needs of the trust."
