App shows as installed but doesn't show on ipad

We use Meraki to control our ipads.

When we've installed an app via meraki its not always showing up on the actual ipad. The install shows as installed but there's not icon for the app on the ipad. According to Meraki its installed.

I'm most likely missing something very basic.

Usually an account error, one of many reasons I ditched Meraki as it was just getting unworkable needed the ipad to be signed in to the right account. verify that on the ipad itself by opening the meraki app, go to the apps tab and see if it will install from there manually.

Check allowed content ratings under your restrictions profile, for example Google Chrome is listed as only being suitable for 17+ and if you have an age restriction listed for apps it will install fine but will not be visible.
