[ltsb, 1607] Start Menu folder redirection synch

Hi,

 

I am in the process of updating a schools staff laptops to LTSB16, we are now ironing out some issues one seems to be the redirected start menu. In Windows 7 the start Menu is redirected for all staff and synchronises so they can access it at home but in Windows 10 it doesn't sync. All the GPO's show as applying but once the laptop is off the domain the start menu disappears. They have put links on the desktop in the mean time but it would be good to have the start menu syncing as it doesn't in 7.

 

Any ideas?
