Year 3 passwords

How do you do your year 3 password I am thing on a short sentence with their numerical day of birth?

 

They seem to always forget and they also have office 365 e-mail so I need to make some secure passwords.

one of my schools uses pokemon names with capital and random number so a users password could be something like

Pikachu23

[6Foot2]

We don't have Year 3, we start at Year 7, but is this worth a look?

I think a common "base" password - possibly including digits followed - or prefixed by a personal few characters which makes it relatively robust against an external attack - although if there was a hack the pattern would be spotted.....but I'm not sure that is a significant risk.

 

I think there is potential for personal QR codes stuck in the books or something.

Ideal I would use something in Sims as part of the password.
