That link points to The Binding Warehouse, which is the same place as The Laminating Warehouse. We've found the people on the phones there to generally be pretty good for advice on various different binding / laminating options, it might be worth contacting them for advice. Their prices for devices themselves are good, although we tend to find consumables (in our case, mostly laminating roles) are cheaper from Amazon.
