Bitlocker for Staff

Hi,

 

I'm trying to force Bitlocker just for staff USB devices but am struggling with the policy, can anyone else done this?

 

I can get Bitlocker to work as I want but its a whole computer policy.

i believe its only a pc policy i dont think you can configure it per user / group or otherwise your staff could just copy stuff to a pupil user area then copy it to a pen drive
