Long shot, Samsung X4250LX MFD

I've been asked to remove any colour printing from these, I don't suppose anyone knows how ? I can stop colour printing from PC's with Papercut however I need to stop printing in colour for all other services. Failing this has anyone got any contact details for Samsung Business UK ? The website is a maze

Doesn't it have a web interface that lets you get into the device to change settings KM's and Olivetti MFD's do?

It has a web interface but nothing that turns off colour, I can just turn off services - If we weren't stuck in a contract I'd dump them and just get heavy duty b&w laser printers

If you don't have the ability to change it from the built in software then only manipulating the preferences installed on the devices is your answer I think. What we did was to setup the printer twice on the server with the driver printing preferences for BW on one and Colour on the other. Then deployed it either as BW or Colour as required for the users concerned.

I'm trying to turn off colour photocopying too, I can turn all that off but then moots the point to MFDs
