Able and Talented Coordinator access to all marksheets

Any ideas on how to give our Able and Talented coordinator access to year group marksheets? I'm thinking the best way is to add as a supervisor alongside Head of Year in the pastoral structure but thought I'd ask here first in case there are other alternatives.

I think if you provide the user role of assessment coordinator they are able to see all marksheets
