[sims] Inserting Fields in SIMS reports - Word 2013

We have recently been upgraded to Word 2013, and I am trying to add a field to a SIMS report. Previously there was a dropdown listing all the fields in your report and you could insert them but that seems to have disappeared. Anyone know where I find it?

The problem seems to be linked ot the Word List Report option, they are appearing in RTF format. However, I'm trying to create a sheet of Photos per class and my template uses the Word List format.
