Lightspeed reports

Hi,

 

Been going over the reporting in Lightspeed, it looks ok but if I want to generate reports with very specific data it appears to be lacking. Some of the reports cant include all of the data that is required, to get round this it looks like its several reports all generated as a csv file then do the fine tuning in Excel. I've also found that in some of the activity reports, when exported to .csv the clock format changes form a 12 hour clock to a 24 hour clock...

 

How do others find the reporting in Lightspeed ? We used to use Smoothwall, which I found to be a lot better than Lightspeed in terms of reporting.
