Does this exist? a way to keep an email internal only? Or a do not forward?

I was going to send an internal email using O365 is there a way to flag an email to not be forwarded outside the organisation. I'm not looking for a lockdown high security but more of a "hey this email says not to forward" does a system like this exist in O365.

You create classifications, set rules to apply them to certain emails, or apply them manually, and then set rules to not allow them to be sent externally

I can't remember what O365 bits you need to make it work but there is Rights Management Server builtin (it may be Azure Information Protection) and if you use the Office Add-in it has Do Not Forward button.
