Just a quick one regarding that lovely tool, Apple Configurator 2. I hope the sarcasm on the word 'lovely' conveyed itself there...

I currently use a profile to prevent apps from being installed on the iPads I manage. If I want to put an app onto them, I have to hook the iPad up to the Mac (I don't have/use an MDM) and remove the profile, install the app, then reapply the profile.

Is there a way to install apps without having to remove the profile first (i.e. the iPad knows it's on Configurator and drops its guard)? It's just a bit of a hassle to constantly have to drop/reapply profiles each time...
