Groupwise 2014 Calendar Export

Hi guys,

 

I'm trying to export an ex-staff member's groupwise calendar and import it to the new person in her role so she doesn't have to manually copy every event over. I've managed to export the file but once I've imported it, pretty much every event is duplicated at least 10 times. Any ideas what's causing this and/or how to do the process correctly in the first place? I'm guessing I've exported it incorrectly.... somehow?
