Replication Issues Event 1955 & 1083

Hi there.

First time on here so please be gentle!

 

I am getting replication issues on my secondary DC.

From what I have read - you can expect this from time to time but not constantly. It happens on my secondary dc almost every day. It sometimes goes for several hours without the error, then I get lots of them repeating for several hours.

 

The error appears on my main DC very sporadically. I may go for days with no errors, then I get a couple, but certainly nowhere near the amount that are appearing on the 2nd DC.

 

What is worrying me is that the account in question that it is having trouble replicating is the administrator account. When the error appear on me main DC (which as I say is sporadic) It "Locks" the account - See screenshot.

 

....Only it doesn't appear to be locked. I can still freely use the Administrator account.... (thankfully!)

I have 2012r2 all through. Functional level is 2012r2.

I did change the administrator password about 6 months ago, so wondered if i had left something logged in somewhere with the old password. So I logged out of everything. The error didn't appear all weekend. I though great - several days later - back again!

I though maybe task scheduler has some tasks running with old credentials - No dice

I'm kinda running out of ideas and getting worried this is gonna start causing big problems! Please help!

Did the issue start around the time you changed the admin password. Could the admin account also have been used to authenticate services or DHCP / DNS?
