Outlook , cannot delete categories

Any ideas where i can delete these categories in Outlook? If i delete the one called Blue Category it does disappear from the left window, but what about the ones not showing in my manage categories list like Accounts Payable? I've looked on OWA and they don't show there either just the colour categories.
