[ms office - 2010] Additional Mailboxes

Looking for some advice, have got a number of users who are adding additional Exchange mailboxes manually and it all works fine until they log off.

When the log back in the additional mailboxes which are added manually disappear.

 

Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Running Win7 and Office 2010 SP2

It’ll be Profile related.

 

What sort of profiles do you use?

roaming profiles within a citrix environment - it works fine for some users and not others
