supportman Posted October 1, 2018 Posted October 1, 2018 Anyone know how to get the 'click-to-run installer'? I don't see anything on VLSC even though the new office 2019 versions are listed. And I tried this link for the retail ISO but my license key errors out saying it needs to be the VLSC download (which doesnt seem to exist). https://techhelpday.com/microsoft-office-2019/#Office_2019_RTM_ISO_Download So I'm still searching for the actual installer! Anyone know where it is?

supportman Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 Apparently Office 2019 isn't supported with SIMS until Spring 2020!! I just tested running a Sims report and it works perfectly outputting to Excel 2019. In fact it looks like it works even better than 2016 by not showing those annoying security warnings each time.

Far too many occasions that SIMS stops progression. We had that before - I just tested on a VM that had a supported version of Office on it. If the same problem occurred, I just reported that one! If it didn't, I had a starting point to figure it out myself.
