Filtering Chromebooks through a Watchguard

Hello

 

We have recently moved to watchguard for our firewall/Filtering, I can filter the whole wireless vlan through a proxy but my aim is to try and filter the chromebooks through the student proxy and give other devices for guests and staff more access.

 

I have setup an Explicit Proxy and created a PAC file which I have forced onto the student chromebooks policy, The chromebooks are not going through this policy they are still using a different one.

 

Has anyone achieved it this way or know of a better way? please let me know
