Cover - Registration Periods

Hi all,

 

Posting as an unusual occurrence has occurred!

 

I manage cover and the diary has blipped and shows Friday Reg Periods for today.

 

From what I know:

 

We had an training day on Friday so school was closed.

 

The Registration groups have been created as pastoral structures.

 

Any thoughts on how I get things back into line?

You probably need to re-apply the timetable and map it to the correct days. (SIMS.net | Tools | Academic Management | Apply timetable)

Thank you - our data manager tried this to no avail - the timetabled periods match up just fine it's only the Reg groups causing issue if that helps.

I've not come accross that, other than suggesting running validate memberships I think this is one for your SIMs support team.
