Is there a way for us to delete / reset his Chromebook user settings please? Resetting the Chromebook won't work as it will reapply when they log back in or move to another device. rogerdnixon Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 Get the user to go to https://chrome.google.com/sync - hit the reset button at the bottom of the page. Seen this a few times.
