Odd sticky keys problem for one user

We have one student who randomly when he logs in every now and again each time he presses e it opens explorer or r opens run as if he is holding the windows key down.

 

I clear his profile and it will work for a short time then not again. Does it on different computers. A different user can log into the computer and all works fine.

 

Anyone seen this or know a way round it?
