Sheridan Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 (edited) Bit of a long shot this, we have an NEC SV9100 system and we've just moved one extension to another (swapped around) - one had a DDI and voicemail active on it. After the move, both extensions work as normal, the DDI reaches the correct extension and so on, but it never goes to voicemail anymore, no matter how long you ring for. The voicemail appears to be configured on that extension still (same PIN code etc) so I'm not sure why its not longer going to voicemail, anyone got any experience of this system? Sheridan Posted September 8, 2017 Author Posted September 8, 2017 Cheers I would appreciate a screen shot as I can't see anything like that on our extension configuration!
markwilfan Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 Hey @Sheridan We have an sv8100 and it is under 24-09 and forwarded to 555 Get yourself the Web pro software from nec. Makes life much easier 1
Sheridan Posted September 9, 2017 Author Posted September 9, 2017 Ahh thanks, I think the problem is the login we were given isn't showing all of the options in that 24 section. I'll have to find the what the default full admin login is! I've the Pro software which is a bit better but still doesn't show as many options as your screenshot!
