smart notebook 11 on windows 10

hi there is any getting this on smart notebook 11 we are running windows 10 1607 ltsb

thisfile is in use notebook software is opening a read-only copy

 

when you click on ok

 

The file site teacher cannot be found

 

then it kills it self

yes i assume youve used the smart install manager to modify install parameters. One of those is do you want to copy a tutorial file to every user and iirc is unticked by default. smart notebook will work fine you will just get that message on first load per user. if you are going to use 11.x then make sure its 11.3/4 (smartesi2013decadminv2) is teh one ive used much earlier than that and it can cause you all sorts of issues

ive been messing round with this now and the older software work with out the smartesi2013decadminv2 i don't want to get staff using one and using a new version of smart notebook

 

i have email smart as well see what they come back with only thing i can do
