maxrebo Posted September 6, 2017 Posted September 6, 2017 DH want to print to office printer from his Macbook, no problem with Airprint, but by switching this on it enables all school ipads to see this printer and then print to it. Is there any way to password protect the printer for Airprint? We use Papercut but I cant seem to see any setting in there to enable
aarongulley Posted September 7, 2017 Posted September 7, 2017 Just require authentication for that printer and make sure mobile account that: Unauthenticated user (enable popup authentication) is turned on. You can also add within the printer settings that it only allows a selection of computers to print to it. What model printer is it? Ricoh? Thanks Aaron.
