nicholab Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 Door appearing offline in the net2 software but the configuration applicaiton can ping them. Any suggestions?
FN-GM Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 We had this. It turned out to be a bug in the software. We upgraded Net2 and it started to work again.
nicholab Posted August 31, 2017 Author Posted August 31, 2017 The answer is that the installer had not ticked the existing doors just the new one in the configuration utility. In the end I phoned Paxton support and they were excellent.
