[ipad] Apple Configurator 2 not applying restrictions to a supervised iPad

Hi, we've been trying to image a bank of iPads using AC2. There's a basic blueprint, and every other thing managed in profiles applies fine - the wireless settings, the content filter and the lock screen. That is, until you get to the restrictions. The device is supervised, yet you can still factory reset and access a lot of things that should be impossible to do with the profile applied.

 

At this point, we can't find anything else to try and have been getting quite frustrated in getting these to work. Any ideas?

You need to untick "allow erase all content and settings"

The only things ticked in the restrictions are:

 

Allow users to accept untrusted TLS certificates

Allow automatic updates to certificate trust settings

Allow trusting new enterprise app authors
