SIMS Previous Year Marksheet Data

Hi all,

 

Apologies if this has been posted, I can't seem to find the right keywords to bring the desired result.

 

We've just started the new school year and I would like to be able to print off last year's completed marksheets for subject teachers.

 

When I go through assessment -> marksheet entry and change the date it doesn't show any of the subjects.

 

I'd be grateful for help or a pointer to previous thread.

Which date are you changing? There is a result date and should also be a group membership date. You need the latter.

 

Depending on how it's configured you might need to add a different set of students to it for ease.

 

For example, if you have a Y10 marksheet with results against result sets applied to Y10, you can turn the date back to see who was there but you can also apply it to Y11 and the data should pull through without changing dates.

 

It might help to go by Year because at subject level if you have applied the marksheet to classes and the classes/groups have changed name/structure in the timetable they won't actually have prior students linked to them.
