snagrat Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 Has anyone remove RM Unify on a domain? We need to move a new school who use it into our O365 domain and will no longer use Unify. Ideally I'd rather not get RM involved but I wondered what happened when a federated domain is deleted from O365 and added under another tenant
dcwhitworth Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 You could ask Microsoft. Are you just looking to move the domain or all the data as well ? In principle (never tried it) I think you just unfederate the domain and set some passwords. Just checked the RM Support site and they say "Contact us" for instructions on unfederating. Personally I would go down that route.
