As a key member of the support staff you will be responsible for providing technical support for the school’s ICT systems. Key responsibilities include: The monitoring, maintenance, availability and integrity of the school's ICT infrastructure Understanding the teaching and learning needs of the school to support the delivery of the appropriate ICT systems Advise on system enhancements and make recommendations for improvements Resolving support issues and managing problems through to resolution Assist to ensure that robust data backup systems are in place and undertake periodic testing We are looking for someone with the following experience: A strong and in depth technical understanding of ICT systems Proven experience of server and network infrastructure Experience of diagnosing and resolving complex technical errors Experience of providing advice and guidance to users in their use of ICT equipment Experience of devising system procedures and policies Experience of implementing ICT systems change Experience of implementing Apple Computer technology Experience in MDM solutions Experience in Hyper V and VMware platforms Closing date: Wednesday 6 September 2017 Interviews are likely to be held week commencing Monday 11 September 2017 To find out more, download the application form and apply for the vacancy, visit www.suttonhigh.gdst.net/vacancies Sutton High School is a leading independent girls’ school situated in the London Borough of Sutton.
