nicholab Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 How do you clean up the document storage server in SIMS as it is 8.5GB we generate a lot of reports which then get uploaded into are VLE?
Esteban_Child_of_the_Sun Posted August 8, 2017 Posted August 8, 2017 You can make a start by going into SIMS and selecting 'Tools | Housekeeping | Document Management Server | Maintain Orphaned Documents'. If it has been several terms since your school last ran this routine be prepared for it to take a while, if it has been years since you ran this routine you may want to leave it running over night.
