Pfsense firewall rule gateway option

Hello,

 

I have setup a site to site VPN on my PFsense. I have configured a firewall rule to use this VPN for all traffic. When the VPN fails it routs traffic out to the default gateway.

 

Is there a way to drop the traffic if the VPN is down please?

You should be able to add in the advanced section on the vpn lan firewall rule a text/tag for that traffic

 

Then create a floating rule on the wan to drop traffic that's marked as that tag
