mdrabble Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 I've migrated some users from on premise exchange 2013 to Office 365 without issue.... When they use outlook 2016, it picks up their smtp address user@domain no problem, but it prompts for logon credentials using [email protected] instead of username@domain which means unless they change it, they cannot login to outlook 2016. What is the best way of sorting this? Cheers
Steve21 Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 It's one of the AD fields it pulls it from, without being able to check our server I want to say it's the UPN Might want to test it on a test user but sure that's what outlook pulls for the default Steve
